It feels like forever since I’ve talked about Sassafras. And I'll be the first to admit that's mostly because spelling Sassafras is kind of annoying, but also because it’s been snowing a bunch lately and gardening references don’t seem that topical. But then Sassafras had to go ahead and make a quilted 60/40 shirt jacket. Man, back in the great #menswear boom of '08-'09 a 60/40 from Sierra Designs was the hallmark of a true #influencer before we ever knew what #influencers even were. But rare fabrics aren't enough on their own anymore. Now you gotta come with that shit in some off the beaten path style of garmenture to even begin to try and hang with the cool kids. And to think we all believed we were finally done with high school when we graduated.
