The international design firm AS Architecture Studio just put the finishing touches on The Jinan Regional Cultural Center, one host of the 10th China Art Festival—check out a few incredible images above.

The pixelated, fragmented façade was inspired in part by hot springs in the area, giving it a futuristic and organic appeal. The building is separated into two parts. In one half, there is an art museum; the other houses a library, another museum, conference rooms, and a theater. Another development phase will ad a number of commercial spaces to the complex. Connected to the Jinan high-speed railway system, the building takes up nearly 40 acres.
