After all the trouble he went through with his neighbors about the graffiti he painted on the walls, Chris Brown has decided to leave his nest in the Hollywood Hills. The 2,473-square-foot residence features three bedrooms, three floors, an elevator, a saltwater pool, spa, and waterfall, and several other lavish details, designed by Jay Vanos Architects

Breezy bought the house for $1.55 million back in 2011 and is asking $1.92 million. We're sure there is some rich super fan out there that would drop that in a hurry to live in this place, and honestly it's not bad for the price. If you're that lucky somebody, head over to Zillow and make it happen.
