Check out these amazing, just-released images of the Fogo Island Inn designed by Saunders Architecture. More than just a hotel, the 29-room inn contains an art gallery, lounge, bar, dining room, cinema, and rooftop saunas. The goal of the design, which was developed in part with the Shorefast Foundation, was to revitalize the area’s community, uniting modern materials with classic, regionally inspired design. As you can see, it’s an incredible work of art. The inn was opened to the public in June of this year.

Fogo Island is located on an archipelago off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada. It takes a couple hops of ferries to get there. Learn more about how to get there on the inn’s website.
