Kanye West is serious about his plan to change the world through art and design, so much that he went to Harvard University's Graduate School of Design to give a talk to students about his company DONDA. As we've highlighted in the past, DONDA began on January 5, 2012 when Kanye tweeted that he was creating a 22-division+ company "to dream of, create, advertise and produce products driven equally by emotional want and utilitarian need...To marry our wants and needs."

Now, he's showing and proving. As DONDA Creative Director Virgil Abloh pointed out on Instagram, the talk he and 'Ye gave at Harvard today was the first in the DONDA Design Lecture Series. The Yeezus tour heads to New York this week, so might he be making a stop at a New York university? Let's hope so.

UPDATE 9:25 p.m.: There is a video of part of the talk on Facebook, and Archinect found the email that was sent to students about the talk.

Here is the transcript (also via Archinect).

…So after walking through here I decided that I wanted to make sure for anyone that didn't have tickets tonight that you all could have tickets to the show. So anybody who wants to come tonight, you can have tickets for the entire office!

Kim Kardashian was present, and Instagrammed with the following caption, "My baby speaking at the Harvard Graduate School of Design."

Here's another photo that Archinect found of Kim at the talk.
