Just when we thought he might get away scot-free, Justin Bieber has been officially charged with vandalism for the graffiti he painted in Brazil without permission. According to E!Online, the pop star's camp claims that he was given permission to paint a specific wall but he decided that the neighborhood was "too dangerous" and chose another random wall to paint instead. It just so happens, that's not how permission works and his act has been deemed illegal. Bieber won't be arrested for his crime, but a judge is examining the evidence and will determine how much he owes some 30 plus days from now. In the meantime, Bieber will continue his tour of the continent and will probably strike again.
