After tagging a wall without permission in Bogota last week, Justin Bieber pushed his luck by tagging a wall of the National Hotel in Sao Conrado, Brazil while in the country to perform. A photographer snapped photos of the Beebs along with his bodyguard and an unidentified woman defacing the wall and posted the photos online. According to Brazilian news outlet G1, a police car can be seen nearby but there is no record of intervention by the cops. The police later went to the condo where he and his crew were staying but there are no reports of him being arrested. He could, however, have to pay a fine for the illegal act if they can prove that it was him.
