Photojournalist Elliot Erwitt held a special event at Cole Haan Columbus Circle in partnership with teNeues Publishing to celebrate the release of his new book, Kolor. Having released several books in the past, Kolor is Erwitt's first collection of color photography and features 450 pages of images dating back to the 1950s. The photographer went through a half a million 35mm slides to find the perfect images to include. Some of Erwitt's most iconic shots appear in the book, including the photo of Marilyn Monroe standing over the subway grate and portraits of Che Guevara and Fidel Castro. Look for it on the shelves at your local bookstore.
