Artist Christian Jackson captures the essence of classic childhood films with his minimalist artwork. Making ample use of negative space, he shows the heart of each story with few shapes and limited colors.

Sometimes the artist uses a particular image from the story—for Goldilocks and the Three Bears, the poster features three bowls of porridge; for Rapunzel, a braid of hair. In other posters, he captures the essence of the tale with graphics that symbolize the plot. Beauty and the Beast, for example, is red heart with one side covered in fur. Jackson's designs update our childhood favorites with sophisticated posters.
