432 Park Avenue is a residential development scheduled to take form in 2015. Upon completion, the building will be the second tallest in New York and the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. The building has already sold $1 billion worth of units, and that's with most of the expensive apartments still up for grabs. We're not sure if this makes us sick because of the obnoxious height of the structure and the combined wealth of the future tenants, or if we we're just bitter that the cheapest unit at $2.26 million is still out of our price range.
