I don’t really wear Converse all that much. And it's not like I have anything against them, I just don’t own any right now. But all that's finna change with these Number(N)ine collabo joints. Picking an old, obscure design last used by Converse in the '70s, Takahiro Miyashita’s design incorporates deerskin suede uppers with a cool ass soccer cleat side lacing system and a translucent midsole. Honestly, they had me at deerskin suede uppers. I kind of wish the Converse star wasn’t on the heel, but, surprisingly, Takahiro Miyashita didn’t consult with me during the concept design phase. HIT ME UP, MIYASHITA. MY CONSULTATION RATES ARE V REASONABLE.
