Graphic designer extraordinaire Peter Savilleannounced on Monday at the London Design Festival that he plans to design a logo for Kanye West that is just as iconic as Adolphe Mouron Cassandre's 1961 logo for Yves Saint Laurent—"Kanye wants me to do a YSL."

Concept Cupboard, a UK company that connects businesses with young designers and creatives, believes that students and recent graduates can do better than Saville, who just won the prestigious London Design Medal. In an online contest, Concept Cupboard has asked students to design their own logos for Kanye.

"We know we have an amazingly talented community of students and graduates in the UK and we want to prove it by taking on one of the all time design greats—Mr. Peter Saville," the company writes on their website.

The competition entries will be featured on Concept Cupboard's site, and the top five designs will win the book Champions of Design. The overall winner will receive Factory Records: The Complete Graphic Album, a volume that includes some of Saville's most iconic artwork. During company's heyday, Saville was the graphic designer for Factory Records, creating sleeves for Joy Division, New Order, and Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, among others.

The winner of the Concept Cupboard competition will be announced on Oct. 1.
