We ran into street artist CAM (Craig Anthony Miller) Sunday on Pearl Street in Dumbo while he was painting this mural for the DUMBO Walls project. The project is a collaborative effort between the NYCDOT's Urban Art Program, the DUMBO Improvement District, Two Trees Management Co, Jonathan Levine Gallery, and a list of talented artists including CAM, DALeast, Eltono, Shepard Fairey, Faith47, MOMO, Stefan Sagmeister, and Yuko Shimizu. A few of the murals have already been seen, as they overlapped with the "10 Years of Wooster Collective" group exhibition, but this owl-centric piece by CAM is still dripping and we will definitely make more trips to the site to keep an eye on the progress.
