This Is A Video of Jeff Koons and Carmelo Anthony Hanging Out in NYC Tonight

The artist and athlete exchanged words at the celebration of Koons' Dom Perignon collaboration.

Tonight, Jeff Koons celebrated the launch of his Dom Perignon Balloon Venus sculpture and Rosé Vintage 2003 in New York with a lavish, jungle-themed party. The Balloon Venus is inspired by the Venus of Willendorf and is meant to be "a modern-day goddess of love who embraces her beholder in reflective curves." Among his many esteemed art world guests were Jeffrey Deitch, Bill Powers, Alan Cumming, and Diana Widmaier Picasso, yet New York Knicks basketball player Carmelo Anthony also stopped by to pay his respects.

Melo has made his desire to collect and learn more about art known. In June, he was spotted at Christie's with Swizz Beatz and Tommy Hilgifer buying a $27,000 print of Muhammed Ali, and in August, he Instagrammed a photo of himself at Mr. Brainwash's studio and buying an NWA painting from Hebru Brantley

It looks like he and Koons had a pretty cool conversation. Maybe it was about his 1985 suspended basketballs piece, Three Ball 50/50 Tank (Two Dr. J. Silver Series, One Wilson Supershot)? Watch below:
