Florida State University Isn't Happy About Jameis Winston "Jesus" T-Shirts

No, not touchdown Jesus.

Jameis Winston has played two games as quarterback for the Florida State Seminoles and thrown for 570 yards, six touchdowns, and completed a whopping 40 passes on only 45 attempts. For those who don't want to do the math, that's a 88.9 completion percentage. This has Florida State fans thinking he's the holy resurrection of Christ. Literally.

One fan made T-shirts that place Winston's face on Jesus' body and read, "The Chosen One I 2013." What seems like new faith in the Seminole's football team, which looks like a legitimate national championship contender, has pissed off the school's athletic department, and brought about a cease and desist order against the person who made the tees, TMZ reports.

Only 100 of the shirts have been made so far, but the fan has stayed confident that he's going to continue to sell them during the team's game today against the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats, an FCS team.

If Winston keeps up at this rate, someone might have to photoshop his face onto the Heisman Trophy before the season's over.
