Michael Bastian's work with GANT is best described as a casual but fashion-forward venture into the aspirational lifestyle that menswear loves. It's having time to burn, weekend wear, and, for the collection's first time, chilling by the seaside.

GANT by Michael Bastian explored nautical themes for spring/summer 2014, and the collection is all about polo shirts, the prep-favorite shade of Nantucket red, and wearing madras like a boss. Bastian took inspiration from Ridley Scott's 1996 film White Squall and the style that permeated John F. Kennedy's 1960s America. There's even a sweater with a schooner raging against ocean tides across the front.

But the collection isn't strictly for those who have a seasonal home somewhere on Cape Cod, there are also chambray windbreakers, crewneck sweatshirts, and camo pants that won't make you look like a douche. You'll be able to take a trip to the shore, chill with some bros, then break off and hit the city.
