Have you ever walked into a restaurant, dying of thirst, and they didn't have the water you've been craving? We hate that! At LACMA's in-house restaurant Ray's and Stark Bar, newly hired "water sommelier" Martin Riese "curated" a 45-page water tasting menu, complete with large photos of each bottle, information about the brands, and a guide to let drinkers know where the water lies on a scale of sweet to salty and smooth to complex.

What ever happened to getting water when you sit down? We don't have time to thumb through a pre-menu menu. Just bring the damn tap water in a glass with some ice and leave the carafe... none of that eager waiter filling our cups after every sip crap.
