The Nordic Choice hotel chain in Scandinavia has decided to alter their guests' television viewing experiences by replacing the porn channels at 171 of their locations with "art on demand" content. The owner of the chain, Petter Stordalen, made a commitment to do his part in assisting UNICEF to end the trafficking and sexual exploitation of children, acts that they say are funded in part by pornography.

Each interactive television in Stordalen's hotel rooms with feature nine contemporary video art pieces. His flagship location in Norway has already made the transition and reports that no one has "asked for their porn back" (good thing cellphones and WIFI are still a thing). There is no proof that visitors to the hotels have been watching the art as an alternative to pornography, but Stordalen plans to move forward regardless with Copenhagen as the next porn-less site.
