For the latest installment of Times Square Arts' "Midnight Moment" series, tourists and native New Yorkers will have the opportunity to view Jack Goldstein's short film "The Jump" (1978) on the large screens in Times Square from 11:57pm to midnight every night in August. This comes on the heels of last month's showings of Ryan McGinley's "Varuo" and previous showings by Tracey Emin, Neil Goldberg, Björk, and JR's Inside Out project, and coincides with the opening of Goldstein's retrospective at the Jewish Museum.

The film was originally shot on 16mm film and has been remastered so that it can be sychronized across the larger format screens. Check out a clip of "The Jump" below and head to Times Square to experience it in person tonight:
