This is just sad. The Intempo skyscraper, a building that was initially supposed to be 20 stories high, grew to more than twice that height upon completion. Somehow, when the plans changed, no one noticed that they didn't include an elevator. How did the crew get up and down during construction? A building of that size must have had hundreds of people in and out performing various tasks, and none of them wondered why their legs hurt by noon everyday? We just cant.
