Rime of the MSK crew, also known as Jersey Joe, has put up a new piece in Chinatown that seems to present the current state of New York City, with a twist. While we can spot another King Kong following the one featured on the Bowery & Houston Wall, other recognizable pop culture icons include Godzilla and the Statue of Liberty. In recognition of the year of the snake, 2013, a giant snake slithers through the piece as creatures go wild in its trail, as their juxtaposition with NYC landmarks make them seem like a depiction of people you might run into on the streets of the city. We can also spot names of graffiti artists including Sane Smith and Dceve, and also a tribute subway to Nekst.
