Comedian and actor Chris Rock is looking for a tenant for his 4,480 square-foot townhouse located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Rock bought the house in the 1990s for crumbs compared to the million plus pricetags that the neighborhood currently sells for. The three-story building was built in 1901 and features a two-car garage, private patio, high-beamed ceilings and hardwood floors, and did we mention Chris Rock would be your landlord?!
If you have the $7,950 a month to dish out for bragging rights and a sweet residence in Clinton Hill, by all means go for it. Just don't expect your landlord to personally come over to fix anything.
