This past weekend, everyone in the streetwear world felt trolled when they found that Been Trill was doing a collection for mall retailer PacSun. At first, people weren't sure if it was joke or not, but then it was confirmed by brand co-founders Virgil Abloh and Matthew Williams.
Now that everyone's hopes for the hype brand have been shattered, they're coming to town and hawking you sub-$30 T-shirts. Matthew Williams just posted on Instagram that Been Trill and PacSun will be hosting an NYC pop-up event.
There's no word yet on dates, location, or what the event will entail. But it will be interesting to see if the legion of trillionaires will forgo their pride and still line-up to cop themselves more goods from the brand. Check back for further updates as they progress.
