Different cultures have different ways of dealing with people who are thieves. In America, someone might call the cops, someone might pull a gun, or, the perpetrator might just be let go. In China, one shopkeeper got fed up with shoplifters and decided to execute a new kind of justice: cutting the thief's hair off.
Shopkeeper Lun Su had noticed a suspicious customer in her store, and when she realized the woman was a thief, Su decided to pin-down the suspect and go Sweeney Todd on her. Su cut off the woman's long hair until the authorities came to apprehend the shoplifter.
She was trying to get free clothes, but ended up with a free fade. From the looks of things, the shoplifter made off with a much-needed trim.
