Every small newspaper is guilty of posing people in the generic "smiling-with-your-arms-crossed" stance. It has become so widespread that people often put themselves in that pose without direction. Jeremy Barr of Local People With Their Arms Crossed noticed the funny trend and started collecting the front page photos from Newseum. At least it's not the Superman pose.
