Brooklyn-based artist and photographer Raine Manley Robertson will be opening her first public exhibition next week at Miss Lily's in Manhattan. The solo exhibition is entitled "Thank You & Come Again" and is a two-parter.

The first part, "Thank You", features colorful self portraits of the artist. "Come Again" showcases discarded consumer receipts, items that are usually regarded as the disposable evidence of a transaction but in which Robertson finds beauty. The crumpled receipts feature scribbled messages between waitstaff and patrons, digital text, and often stained or faded portions that add to the character of the artifacts presented in the exhibition.

"Thank You & Come Again" opens June 12 and will be on display until July 12.
