By now many of us are aware of our cellphone addictions, but we consider them inevitable symptoms of the Digital Age. Smartphones give us something new to look at literally every second of the day, but at least one bar doesn't want texting to get in the way of drinking. At Salve Jorge Bar in Sao Paulo, Brazil you can sip on the "Offline Glass," a beer glass that will only remain standing with a cellphone underneath it. The product was created by advertising agency Fischer & Friends. Although the company doesn't address people carrying beer in one hand and texting in the other (which seems to be how most people drink — or text), the glass makes a point about how much time we spend on our cellphones.
