Supreme Prepares to Drop Two New Sunglasses

Endorsed by the Downtown Don himself.

Supreme’s venture into sunglasses started with its Oakley collaboration a few years ago. Not only did it revive the Frogskins model back to life, it ushered in a new category to add in to Supreme's always-expanding lifestyle line. After the collaboration, Supreme followed with its own branded line of shades starting with the Loc model. Instead of re-issuing different colorways every season, it has introduced a new model or two based on classic styles.

This spring/summer 2013 season, the Wallace and Factory frames are added into the line-up. Once again, they are two completely new frames based on classic round silhouettes. Unlike most of the past frames that were made in Japan, these were handmade in Italy and fitted with Barberini lenses. Of course, none other than Aaron “the Downtown Don” Bondaroff is the first to try out the shades. Both models come in multiple colorways and will be released May 16 at all of Supreme’s U.S. locations and online.
