Milla Jovovich Pulls a Tilda Swinton, Lives in Glass House for "FUTURE/PERFECT"

More celebrities in art.

We love Milla Jovovich who is both an actress of Resident Evil fame and a model as we have shownyou before. She recently spent eight hours in a glass house located in Venice. She communicated with the outside world with a computer, a smartphone, and a tablet device. If you recall Tilda Swinton did a similar project, taking naps at MoMA in New York.

For the Jovovich's, entitled “FUTURE/PERFECT,” she acted out a full daily routine in 8 hours. She also ordered artwork online which were delivered to her glass house. Each piece was made for the performance, including works by Richard Phillips, Hanna Liden, Justin Lowe, and others. The performance was done under the guidance of American artist and designer Tara Subkoff along with the Art Production Fund and fashion house Marella.

You can see below some of the guests Yvonne Force Villareal, Jeffrey Deitch, Mattia Ferrari, and Brant brothers Peter and Harry. Jovovich looks like a major creeper in the image. Her work was supposed to be a commentary on consumerism and buy-it-now culture. Alright, we get it.

Video of the performance will be projected onto a wall throughout the 2013 Venice Biennale. It will also be posted on the Marella website.
