Many different street artists have been hired to create work in Facebook offices over the years, like David Choe and Aakash Nihalani. However Jeff Jacobson had a different assignment from others in the past. The social network asked him to design a hot tub for the glass-walled room overlooking Puget Sound and the Space Needle in Seattle.

However, the landlord of the building wouldn't allow the tub to function in the office, even forcing them to drill a hole in the bottom to ensure it wouldn't be used. So we suppose it's just a beautiful looking awkward recliner.
