Carmelo Anthony loves watches; he even co-founded a publication, Haute Time, to show his appreciation for the timepiece. To better mix the world of sports and watches, the publication has started a tournament, complete with brackets, entitled Haute Time Madness to duel-off the industry's 64 best watch brands. Which maker will reign supreme?

The idea sprung from Melo's desire and nature to be competitive. "I like competition on and off the court—especially when it's about something I have a passion for like watches," The New York Knicks star told us. The man knows a thing about tourneys, too. He did win the "March Madness" NCAA Tournament as a freshman at Syracuse.
