We have told you about Kenneth Bae, the American citizen who is being held captive in North Korea. He was to be sentenced for his supposed plans to overthrow the government. Well the ruling was decided and North Korea's Supreme Court has given him 15 years of hard labor for allegedly hostile acts against its government, according to the New York Times. South Korean human rights advocates claim Bae ran tours to North Korea and was motivated to aid orphans there. They also said security officials were perhaps offended by images of orphans Bae had captures and saved on his computer.
