One of the unfortunate effects of being successful at a craft is being limited to it. Yohji Yamamoto has revolutionized the fashion world, bringing macabre Japanese styling to the West in a big way. However in doing so, he has been viewed as a one-note voice when in fact he is a virtuoso of talent. Berlin's MADE will be hosting the artist's latest video installation entitled 5 CUTS | A VISUAL DIALOGUE, focusing on Yamamoto's raw talent outside of the fashion industry. The exhibit opens April 28 and lasts until May 5.
