Ryan Lochte in a fragrance commercial. Jeah? JEAH! This one comes courtesy of the folks from Funny or Die, who shot an ad for the Olympic swimmer's "Pool Water" scent. Sure it's a spoof, but it's hilarious, so it's still worth a watch.
