Frieze art fair is slated to return to New York in May, however city union leaders have many problems with the event. Representatives of some of the city's largest labor organizations gathered on the steps of City Hall to protest. Their problem with the fair has to do with how it is constructed each year, with the fair using non-union workers to build tents and move art pieces. Labor officials say the fair discriminates against New York's unionized laborers.
