J.Crew's "In Good Company" collections don't merely come into existence to snatch-up shoppers' wallets (although they're good at getting our dollars). The brands that the Crew features are ones they truly mess with.
J.Crew and New Balance have a special connection. The retailer's sneaker selection has continually grown, and increasingly gotten better thanks to the New England-based manufacturer. For the latest exclusive collection, the brands bypassed footwear and worked on two windbreakers: the Windcheater Jacket in two color make-ups. Each jacket is simplistic but displays the New Balance Made in USA patch and retails for $118. They're not too heavy, but will protect the wearer from the temperamental weather that is New England—from overcast, downpour, to bright sun.
