Artist and photographer David LaChapelle is being sued by his former agent for $75 million. Fred Torres claims that LaChapelle hasn't paid almost $25 million in expenses accumulated over the years while processing photographs and selling them across the world. The story seems a bit more complicated, considering the fact that the two used to be lovers.

Torres also says LaChapelle planned to steal his client list and other confidential information for a new sales agency at the Paul Kasmin Gallery. He says LaChapelle had spies in his agency last year to scalp business. The lawsuit occurs just three months after LaChapelle sued Torres for reportedly failing to pay the photographer $2.8 million for images he sold. Yikes.
