Comme des Garçons and Rei Kawakubo can either be super strange or do the most simplisitic collaborations that just make sense. A while back, we saw the Japanese brand release The Beatles collection, and now have worked on a more no-brainer collaboration, this time with Andy Warhol. Warhol's designs might be at the point of cliche, but CDG finds a way to make the images fresh again. The collection that boasts a tote, T-shirts, sneakers, a backpack, and what appear to be scarves could be for anyone, but are best fit for die-hard fans of the the artist's work. Unfortunately, it looks like this will be a Japan-only release. However, where there's a will, there's a way. So get your connects in order.
