Police believe a man who was found dead hanging on the side of an 18-story high-rise in Sacramento was a graffiti tagger, according to The Associated Press. The man apparently died from accidental asphyxiation, getting tangled in his makeshift harness.

Police say he didn't have any safety equipment, only a loop made with a rope. Investigators found a can of spray paint on the edge of the balcony where the rope was anchored and a glass etching tool on the ground below him. Less than three weeks prior to the incident, 22-year-old convicted graffiti tagger fell off a bridge and died in Sacramento. Below is a news report about the incident.
