São Paulo-born artist Vik Muniz recently designed and created a series of animals from re-purposed metals. While this isn't Muniz's first go at reviving materials (previously using garbage), this work particularly demonstrates his artistry, style, and ability to manipulate materials. Unfortunately, The Armory Show just finished up in New York on March 10, but keep your ears and eyes peeled for more of Muniz's trash turned treasure works to come.
