Hype means something, apparently. Justin Bieber was spotted out in London (again) rocking a Hype Means Nothing T-shirt. It looks like the Biebs has toned-down his look since his gas mask and streetwear circa '06 days. We've seen Rihanna rock a similar T-shirt that featured President Barack Obama, but Bieber's features the POTUS alongside Jay-Z, The Notorious B.I.G., and Micheal Jordan. That's good company.
