NoDesign Creates Waelic 3D Printed Wall Lamps (Video)

Talk about mood lighting.

Until March 31st, Paris-based studio NoDesign presents a 3D printed wall lamp at The 8th Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Etienne. This light set is largely interactive and depends on its user to produce its own unique light intensity, color, and end experience. The piece aims to explore empathy from four different angles: environmental empathy, conceptual empathy, sensory empathy, and technological empathy. It emphasizes the ability to personalize your experience with the lights, whether it be on your smart phone or from a simple gesture. It's cool to see how the interface and its user become one in this installation. Talk about actual mood lighting.
