Even when he's not designing clothes, John Galliano still has the attention of the fashion world. By now, everyone knows about the designer's anti-Semetic tirade, but, in a shocking announcement: Lanvin's Alber Elbaz (who is Israeli) thinks Galliano should be forgiven.
“It’s a shame we all have a very short memory," Elbaz says, "So all I want to say about that issue is, the bible...whether it’s Islam, Judaism, Christianity—is all about forgiveness. So I hope the world will forgive him.”
