Not too long ago, Jeremy Scott caused quite a controversy when he allegedly ripped-off designs from Santa Cruz Skateboards designers, Jim and Jimbo Phillips, with his fall/winter 2013 New York Fashion Week show. In response, brand MapleXO, who makes products out of recycled skateboards, hosted its own fashion show: an homage to plagiarism in the fashion industry as models walked the runway, holding skate decks with designs that Scott and others may have copied.

Brand owner, Lindsay Jo Holmes stated, "We hosted the show to give Jeremy Scott the middle finger."

Do you you think she has a legitimate gripe? Or is all fashion copied or recycled? Seriously, we want to know.
