Secret 7”is an interesting charity that gets 700 artists together to design 7” sleeves for singles by well-known bands. They hold an exhibit for the artworks, then sell the pieces for charity. The event, sponsored by Universal Music, will have a work this year from the legendary artist duo Gilbert & George. Chinese artist Ai Weiwei will also be delivering a piece. The collaboration is getting attention from the art community, with works last year from David Shrigley, Michael Spencer, and more. Hear all about it here.
