February 13 was a "Giornata Della Collera"or day of angerfor many Italian workers. An installation of 10,000 yellow helmets, arranged around Maurizio Cattelan's middle finger monument, were put on display in front of Milan's Stock Exchange in order to visually bring attention to those out of work in the construction industry. Laborers, surveyors, architects, and real estate agents came together to express their protest on the recession, as those involved in a field especially affected by the economic downfall.

From these photos, it looks like their message is loud and clear, and such is the power of public art.
