The German Sanitation Industry and the Messe Frankfurt have revealed the concept of the "bathroom bubble," to be presented at the ISH fair in Frankfurt. The idea presents the possibilities of an inflatable, portable pop-up bathroom, which allows you to take a bath or do your business on top of a roof or in the forest. The design was inspired by answers from a series of surveys revealing that people envision their dream bathrooms as linked to a balcony or garden, whether through direct access or a view. The pop-up bathroom bubbles provide both, in allowing only a transparent layer between users and their open surroundings, while incorporating outdoor areas for other uses.
