Absolute Territory PR is really onto something...and by that we mean something that has already been happening for a while. Pay people to wear a shirt, wear a temporary tattoo, or wear a silly costume to promote a product, and there will be willing participants.
Since beginning their water tattoo-thigh campaign last year, 1,300 women in Japan have signed up to use their upper knees as ad space. They also post these pics to their social media accounts, just so Absolute Territory knows it's real.
