Harvey Kinkle may have been a side character in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, but his slacker style didn't go unnoticed. A mix of ill-fitting '90s staples like long sleeve shirts and baggy tees, there were times he shined in cool plaid buttondowns and khaki golf jackets that didn't look half-bad. Who cares if he didn't have magic powers? At least he wasn't a total fashion victim of horrible '90s trends.
