Today, Hood By Air held their fashion show at Milk Studios during New York Fashion Week, and it was truly a sight to be seen. Beyond their regular stable of printed tees, there were a bunch of leather goods, including a pair of motorcycle-jacket inspired shorts, and some neoprene jackets reminiscent of Nicolas Ghesquière's Balenciaga design.Â
Adding an element of goth and horror to the mix, performance artist Boy Child walked the show in several looks, each with a zombie-like swagger and LED-light enhanced spookiness. Aided by a smoke machine, the whole show was given a vibe of eerie trillness. As would be expected, A$AP Rocky closed out the show, and during the finale, HBA designer Shayne Oliver followed closely behind him. We took some shots of people in attendance, from artist Terence Koh and rapper Theophilus London, to fashion editor Nicola Formichetti and members of the BEEN TRILL collective, who recently launched a collab with Hood By Air.
